- Please chose your package wisely.
- The Meet and Greet VIP package takes place AFTER DOORS so Early Entry package will clash and therefore does not apply.

Refund Policy:
- All packages are non-refundable except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation.
- Please note that you will be contacted via email approximately one week prior to show date with details about our package elements.
- Times included on ticket pages or confirmation emails will reflect Door or Show Times and may differ from the VIP package time.
- Any enquiries about your package can be directed to: info@vipshowtix.com
- If applicable, merchandise item/s will be available for pick-up the night of the show.
- Please note that the merchandise item listed is subject to availability and that vipshowtix have the right to exchange the item with another item of equal value.
- Collectible laminate is commemorative only and does not gain or authorise access into the venue or backstage areas.
